Negar Khan (sometimes credited as Nigar Khan) was Born in Iran but grew up in Norway, studied in Australia and was pursued a career in Bollywood until she was deported in February 2005 by Mumbai authorities for working illegally.
She shot to fame with her scantily clad appearance in the 'Chadti Jawani' remix video and numbers in the movies "Rudraksh" and "Shaadi Ka Laddoo".Negar acted as the heroine in the film "Double Cross", which was based upon the story of a male prostitute. In the film she played the role of a pole dancer. She had to take pole dance training lessons in London for the role.
She was deported from India to Norway after she was found to have a tourist visa which does not allow her to do work in India.By the end of 2005 she filmed in an Italian movie titled "Vita Smeralda" with actor Luigi Cassandra.
Negar Khan was married to Indian actor Sahil Khan but apparently Sahil called off their marriage citing Negar's mother interference and the distance between them as the main factor.
Negar Khan got involved in a controversy for having posed topless on the cover of leading Norwegian men's magazine Vi Menn. She denied it, saying that the picture was morphed.
She was also said to be involved with Daya Nayak, a Mumbai Crime Branch detective who has eliminated over 80 wanted criminals in police shoot outs.
