Hilton was released from an LA County jail this morning after 3 days ( she was credited for 5 days served) and will serve out the remaining portion of her 45 day sentence at her home. Don’t be like that….. After all she will have to wear an ankle bracelet.
What will life be like now for Paris? – how will she be able to handle the daily strain of having her breakfast served in bed, and of course she will now have to shop online instead of her usual jaunts to Rodeo Boulevard. I know, I know – you are saying that she is getting preferential treatment and should have had to serve out her sentence in a jail cell like anyone else, but after all – you are not an heiress.
And this will be quite an inconvenience as well for Paris Hilton’s friends of course. Lindsay Lohan and Nicole Richie will have to go out and buy her a “welcome home” gift. Does Tiffany have accessories for ankle bracelets?
In any case – this is typical of what goes on in LA LA land. No one is surprised at the way the Hollywood elite is treated. Look at the outcome of celebrity trials such as OJ Simpson, Michael Jackson and Robert Blake to name a few.
Whether it is Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, or the next wave of Hollywood Brats - they will always be in the news and they will always be treated differently than the masses.
